As I write this I am sitting in one of the last sessions of the Transmara Youth Conference in Kilgoris Kenya. I know I should be paying attention to what is going on, but my heart is so full I had to get these thoughts on paper before I forgot them.

Over 500 young people from across this region have gathered for five days of teaching, preaching and a visitation of the Holy Spirit. God has not disappointed us! Almost 100 of those students testified to receiving the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. Over one dozen testified to being delivered from a spirit of suicide after fellow Missionary Tim Williams gave his testimony on Friday afternoon.

Last week we had over 120 in attendance for our April Pastors Training in Kilgoris. As Tim Williams taught on Prayer and I taught on the Works & Gifts of the Holy Spirit, the spirit of intercession and the gifts of the Spirit moved mightily in every session.

It is hard to snap a picture or grasp everything God does in these meetings in each attendee’s heart, but here are a few comments from some of the students in their own words (understand this is Kenya English that I am leaving largely unchanged):

Apostle John Sang, Kilgoris: First and foremost I want to thank God for the high calling on my life. It is now over two years since I have been attending the Maasai Vocational Training School held in Kilgoris, Kenya. I was like the very donkey that Jesus used to enter Jerusalem that it had no meaning to the Kingdom until it was untied. The men and women of God who have been coming to teach in this training have been greatly used by God to shape my destiny in a big way. Through the immense and rich teachings in this training I am able to serve in the Kingdom better. I have used the teachings to empower the very many congregations God has graciously put under my leadership across the region. I have been able to plant over 15 churches across this region. Indeed I appreciate Missionary David and Pam Copeland for their commitment and sacrifice they have offered themselves for the Kingdom advancement. I express my honor to all the partners of Revival Now Ministries. This training has brought a great impact in our lives especially as the rural pastors.

Pastor Paul Egeny, Marsabit Northern Kenya:
Praise God my Brother Copeland the pastors training has been very good and it has empowered me very well; not only me also the pastors that we have been coming with me from Northern Kenya. Its my prayer that the training will continue God bless you Thanks alot.

Agnes Ogechi from Transmara Youth Conference: God has done so much in my life this week: I have received the Holy Spirit, I have been encouraged with the Word of God that even though I am a youth, I CAN be an example of a true believer in Jesus Christ!

Eunice Gesare, from Transmara Youth Conference: When I came to this conference, I was about to lose hope in Christianity, but God has restored my hope, given me something good and Godly I can speak to my family and He has called me to preach the Gospel!

These are just some of the testimonies from the students we have ministered to over the past three weeks in Kenya. These testimonies were made possible because you sowed a special seed into Revival Now Ministries allowing us to spend this time here.

Pam and I are very humbled to know the Creator of the Universe is using you & I to help people you will never meet on earth to find their destiny as well as renew their hope in God. We are also thankful you have chosen RNM as a place to plant your special seed.

Ministry News:

Revival Now has been given the opportunity to operate a sub-channel of Channel 33 WJCN in Lagrange Georgia. We are very excited about this opportunity to have our own 24/7 TV channel. We have also been invited to air Revival Today on a brand new nationwide satellite channel that originates from Eastern Pennsylvania. We need your prayers and support to help us purchase the needed equipment to expand our TV outreach.

In June I will be traveling back to Kenya for our 2nd Annual Kilgoris Interdenominational Conference & Crusade. While I was in Kenya, I heard testimony after testimony of miracles, healings and restorations that took place during last years conference. One lady brought twelve ladies to the meeting and all twelve were filled with the Holy Spirit. Another lady stopped me in the market last week in Kilgoris and testified her marriage was restored as a result of last June’s Conference. We have a vitally effective open door in Kenya right now in which God is confirming His word; we must seize this moment while it’s ours!

Your giving is vital in helping us to continue to fulfill our part of the Great Commission. The nations of the world are calling out to us every day with a cry, “come over and help us!” Thank you for listening to the Holy Spirit and being willing to support us as God leads you. When we stand before God, Pam and I may be rewarded for going; but you will be rewarded for sending us.

Blessings On You!
